Directions

From the M11:

  1. Leave at Junction 8/8a.
  2. Follow the road onto the A120.
  3. On the roundabout, take the third exit following the A120.
  4. Keep left and exit on the slip road up to the Bassingbourn roundabout, take the second exit.
  5. Take the third exit on the next roundabout.

Arrival instructions

Dropping-off your car with Bubble Meet and Greet is easy:

  1. When you’re ten minutes from arrival at the airport, call Bubble Parking.
  2. Follow signs to Express Set Down outside the Terminal. Drive to Area Zone C. You will be met by an I Love Meet and Greet chauffeur who will be waiting for you.
  3. Hand over your keys and head to the terminal – your car will be parked for you.

Please ensure you allow sufficient time to complete the vehicle hand over before heading to the terminal.

Return instructions

Collecting your car couldn’t be easier:

  1. Call Bubble Parking once you’ve cleared customs and collected your luggage.
  2. Head to the meeting point, issued when you call.
  3. The chauffeur will meet you and return your car to you on the forecourt back in Zone C
  4. Pay the forecourt fee online. 

New forecourt tariffs mean you will need to collect your car on time when you arrive back. Failure to collect your car within the pre-arranged ten-minute period is likely to leave you liable to pay the airport’s £50 excess fee.

Your car is unable to be on the forecourt for more than 10 minutes so it is therefore essential you are ready to collect your car and exit the forecourt within the 10 minute period as you are now required to pay the exit fee online.

  • You are required to leave your car keys when dropping off your vehicle, as it may be moved and stored in another secure car park facility within the airport boundary while you are away.

  • APH Park and Ride operates in partnership with I Love Park and Ride to deliver the service.

Security

You want to know that your car is secure while you are away. At Bubble Parking Stansted Airport all vehicles are parked in a fully secure parking facility with security fencing, barrier controls, CCTV and 24-hour staff. All Bubble Parking facilities are equipped with advanced security measures to ensure the safety of both vehicles and customers.

No transfers are required with this convenient meet and greet service.

Vehicle restrictions

  • Standard cars only, vehicles must be under 2m in height and fit within a standard bay size of 2.4m x 4.8m. No trailers, commercial vehicles, or vehicles with more than 9 seats.
  • Taxis are not accepted at any ILMAG car park.
  • Stays longer than booked will be charged at the car park’s standard daily rate, which may change without notice.
  • An exit fee of £10 applies when using the Express Set Down area.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Our Flexible booking option offers you the convenience and flexibility you need. Here’s how it works:
    1. Need to Change Your Plans?
      • You can cancel or change your booking up to 24 hours before your parking period begins without any charges.
    2. Parking Period:
      • Your parking period starts at 12:01 AM on the first day of your booked dates, regardless of your pre-booked arrival time.
    3. Important to Note:
      • If you don’t cancel or update your booking at least 24 hours before your parking period begins, we’ll need to charge you for the full booking. Also, please be aware that we can’t offer refunds if you return earlier than planned.
    4. Booking Adjustments:
      • If you make changes to your booking and the price changes, we’ll either charge or refund the difference based on your adjustments.
